UK dealer Jessops has stock currently of the hard to find Sony Zeiss Sonnar T* E 24mm f/1.8 ZA at £849.95 (inc VAT). Sony Japan issued a statement last Friday apologising for the shortage. The lens started shipping in December last year but, it appears, only in small quantities. With demand higher than expected, Sony says it's doing it all can to fulfill orders.
